G'Day All and welcome to our September update. The website has been flying along thanks to the great work by Norm and Jess. The club has been moving forward also. At our meeting last week a number of important decisions were made. These include

1. Change of name, simply known as "Forrest MTB Club"
2. Seeking to affiliate with the peak body, MTBA
3. Seeking complete ownership and control over club assets and finances
4. Seeking a closer relationship with DSE and Parks Vic to ensure the maintenance and upgrade of the trail network
5. Ensuring we provide benefit to all members by continuing organised rides and events, ramping up once daylight savings starts.
