As many of you will know, the validity of the MTBA Annual General Meeting conducted December 2010 has been challenged. This challenge is a valid one, due to not all members being notified of the AGM. Sadly this has cast a shadow of doubt over the current MTBA board and committee of which I am a member.

During the SRAM 2010 Australian MTB champs to be held this coming weekend in Adelaide, there will be a special General Meeting held on Saturday night. The aim of this meeting is to validate the previous meeting, so the current committee can get on with the task of running MTBA.

Your assistance is required.
Please find attached a proxy form allowing you to vote at this meeting without having to be there. Please do NOT fill in the area labelled: "I Authorise", as we will find a member who will be present at the meeting to submit the form on your behalf.

Simply fill out the form as your see fit, but if you asked my opinion you should answer "IN FAVOUR" to all 3 motions.

Please do this within the next 48 hours

Once you are done, please either fax the form back to me on 03 5236 6424 OR scan it and email back to normdouglas@gmail.com

There is no need for you to inform anyone as is mentioned on the form, as I will be doing this enmasse later in the week.
