The Retro Retreat is a self-contained holiday house in the heart of Forrest. It is close to the Southern MTB Trailhead (100 metres) and a short stroll to the Forrest Brewery, Guesthouse and General Store making it the perfect location for a mountainbiker’s weekend away. For those not into biking there are plenty of other options. Bushwalks around Lake Elizabeth to see the platypus, the Barwon Dam, nearby waterfalls or simply relax on the deck or in front of the fire with a good book.

The house is spacious with a definite retro theme to its interior. Comprising of two bedrooms, dining room, lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. A large balcony extends along the back of the house with comfortable lounge seating and a gas BBQ. The deck overlooks the large backyard and beyond to the hills and dam. Ducks wander up daily and many native birds nest in the trees. A fire pit and seating complete the yard and make for a great night outdoors when the weather permits.
