Ride Forrest, is owned and run by Norm and Jessica Douglas.  We are Forrest locals, and we love Cycling, particularly Mountain Bike riding.

Since moving to Forrest in Jan 2008, we have started our very popular MTBSkills.com.au business.  It is our aim through Ride Forrest, and MTBSkills.com.au to encourage more people to not only ride bikes, but to remain healthy.

Jessica is also a qualified cycling coach, and can be contacted for more information in this area.
